All Rooms have air conditioning, king, queen, or twin beds,
and patio or balcony with spectacular ocean or mountain views. Studios and
Suites have fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven,
all dishes, silverware, and utensils. Wireless Internet Access is available
in rooms for a fee.
The "New" Timothy Beach Resort is the only resort in St.
Kitts on the Caribbean beach at Frigate Bay. Facilities include a fresh water
swimming pool, telephones in all rooms and cable TV. The new Royal St. Kitts 18
hole championship golf course is available nearby.
The Sunset Café serves three meals daily and is open from 8
AM to 9 PM. Shopping and a mini-mart are nearby and grocery stores are 3-4 miles
away. Snorkeling off the beach is excellent. Scuba diving, auto rental,
fishing, rain forest tours, kayaking and sightseeing excursions can be arranged.
ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTIONS
Mountain View Room - Faces Timothy Hill and is
equipped with a coffee maker, mini refrigerator and mini balcony.
Ocean View Room - Includes large ocean view balcony
or patio, coffee maker and mini refrigerator.
Studio Room - Ocean view room containing a queen
sofa sleeper which is to be opened at night for your bed, living/dining room
area, full kitchen with dishes, utensils, stove top, microwave oven, toaster,
coffee maker and full size refrigerator. All have an ocean view balcony or
patio.
Large Studio Room - Ocean view room containing a
queen sofa sleeper and twin/king bed, living/dining room area, full kitchen
with dishes, utensils, conventional stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee
maker, and full size refrigerator. This is the only room type which comes
equipped with a shower bath only. These units are closer to the sea and have a
large covered ocean view patio.
One Bedroom Condominium Suite - Ocean view
living/dining room area and kitchen with large ocean view balcony or patio.
This lovely accommodation features extra long chaise lounges and a bistro set
on the balcony and, best of all, completely remodeled Kittitian Rainforest
Showers. The new showers feature granite countertops, tropically colored
Spanish tiles, fine North American hardwoods, upscale faucets and fittings and
pebbled composite flooring to complete the rainforest theme. Bedroom faces Timothy Hill. Full kitchen has dishes, utensils, stove
top, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and full size refrigerator.
Most one bedroom suites also have ceiling fans.
Two Bedroom Condominium Suite - Ocean view
living/dining room area and kitchen with large ocean view balcony or patio.
One bedroom is ocean view with a large balcony and the other bedroom faces
Timothy Hill. Full kitchen has dishes, utensils, stove top and microwave
oven, toaster, coffee maker, and full size refrigerator. Most two bedroom
suites also have ceiling fans. There are three full baths in these units.
Two Bedroom Condominium Townhouse - Ocean view
living/dining room area with large ocean view patio. These units are
closest to the Caribbean. One bedroom is ocean view with a large balcony and
the other bedroom faces Timothy Hill. Full kitchen has dishes, utensils,
conventional stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and full size
refrigerator. Living/dining area also has a queen sofa sleeper. There are two
full baths upstairs and a shower bathroom on the main floor.
