• Rates are subject to a 9% Government Tax and a 10% Service Charge.

• Rates are Per Bedroom, Per Night, Double Occupancy. Extra Person $15.00 per night. Beginning December 15, 2008, the Extra Person Fee increases to $20/person/night.  Maximum occupancy: 4 people for 1 bedroom suite &  large studio and 6 people for 2 bedroom suite.

• Daily Maid Service

• Rates are EP. A three night deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Cancellation less than 21 days before arrival will result in loss of three night deposit.

• Children - No Charge 12 and under.

All Rooms have air conditioning, king, queen, or twin beds, and patio or balcony with spectacular ocean or mountain views. Studios and Suites have fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, all dishes, silverware, and utensils. Free Wireless Internet Access is available in rooms until further notice. This is subject to change at any time.

The "New" Timothy Beach Resort is the only resort in St. Kitts on the Caribbean beach at Frigate Bay. Facilities include a fresh water swimming pool, telephones in all rooms and cable TV. The new Royal St. Kitts 18 hole championship golf course is available nearby.

The Sunset Café serves three meals daily and is open from 8 AM to 9 PM. Shopping and a mini-mart are nearby and grocery stores are 3-4 miles away.  Snorkeling off the beach is excellent. Scuba diving, auto rental, fishing, rain forest tours, kayaking and sightseeing excursions can be arranged.
